Privacy Policy — Lead Gen AI Suite

This Privacy Policy applies to services operated by 1000x Digital LLC ("we," "us," "our"), a Michigan limited liability company, operating Lead Gen AI Suite (the "Service") under the trade name Lead Generation Consulting. It explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly to us when you sign up for an account, contact us, or use the Service:

Account information: name, business name, email address, phone number, billing details.
Workspace data: contacts, leads, sequences, ad creative, microsites, and other content you create or upload.
Usage data: log files, IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, actions taken in the Service.
Cookies and similar technologies: for authentication, preferences, analytics, and product improvement.

2. How we use information

To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
To process transactions and send transactional emails (receipts, password resets, account notices).
To respond to support requests and communicate about the Service.
To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.
To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your workspace data to train our AI models.

3. How we share information

We share personal information only with:

Service providers: infrastructure (hosting, CDN), payment processing (Stripe), email delivery, AI model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI), under written data processing agreements.
Legal compliance: when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, our customers' rights, or public safety.
Business transfers: if 1000x Digital LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may transfer with notice.

4. Data retention

We retain account and workspace data for as long as your account is active. When you cancel, we retain data for 90 days to allow account restoration, then permanently delete it (with limited exceptions for backups and legal requirements). You may request earlier deletion at any time.

5. Security

We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. These include encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest, access controls based on least-privilege principles, and regular security audits. No system is perfectly secure; we promptly disclose any incident affecting your information as required by law.

6. Your rights (U.S.)

California residents (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to delete it, to correct inaccuracies, and to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (we do neither). To exercise these rights, email privacy@leadgenaisuite.com.

Other U.S. states with privacy laws (Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and others as enacted): substantially similar rights apply. Use the same email address.

7. International users

The Service is built for U.S. revenue teams. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information is transferred to and stored in the U.S. We do not currently offer EU/UK data residency. If you are an EU/UK data subject, you should not use the Service for processing personal data of EU/UK individuals.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we learn we have, we delete it promptly.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email and via a notice in the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
